• How MV Fittingblocks began

  All man-made things that surround us, began as a vision in somebody’s mind. Generally, the vision has then been transformed into some kind of a visual presentation to make it, obtaining the desired shape and function in space and time, just like in this particular case - MV Fittingblocks & MV Construction System - imagined, designed and created by Ing. Miroslav Vučina Z, who followed the next objectives:
  • Simplification of wall´s construction, allowing more participation of the nonqualified - quick trained workers, offering a good quality construction at the same time. 
  • Simplification of different installations laying in to the walls, allowing easy access to the electrical installations, to make possible posterior realization of the eventual changes / reparations.
     
  To sum up, his objective was to create and put on disposition of the Construction Industry an original product which would be: real, desirable, necessary, and profitable.
  

• What MV Fittingblocks are

  The MV Fittingblocks are the basic units of the MV Construction System. Their special designed shape enables a very solid horizontal and vertical mutual interconnection, no matter if they are aligned parallel or perpendicular way between themselves, in the same level. MV Fittingblocks establishes a net of the horizontal and vertical channels inside the walls, which are used to place structural armature elements, electric and other installations. There are  various groups and types of MV Fittingblocks, to provide better functionality and flexibility of the MV Construction System. There are two methods to make MV Fittingblocks: 
  
         a)  vibro-pressing    and 
         b)  casting in to the moulds, using lightweight - airated concrete.

• MV Construction System

  The MV Construction System represents the top technology using the MV Fittingblocks to build the walls, chimney & ventilation ducts, offering a good quality and very important adventages during and after the construction. At the same time, it is a very simple system, retaining some elements of the traditional construction style. It is ideal  to build family houses, multi apartments, industrial, commercial and other types of buildings and also to make fences walls. Above all, the great advantages are the possibility of the non specialized-quick trained  workers participation in the constructions, followed by the qualified personnel and a very simple electrical installation laying in to the walls, without hammering.
  The MV Construction System tests have been made by The Croatian Civil Engineer Institute from Zagreb. 
  The application of MV Construction System is ideal for the Popular Cooperatives autoconstruction, especially in the countries with a high housing demand, like in The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
